This position provides the professionals with an opportunity to rotate through different plant-floor processes to gain the overall knowledge of the meat processing, food safety standards and quality assurance standards in the U.S.

As an international Plant Professional, the role will include;
- Assisting and supporting Production Supervision in day to day operations.
- Meat processing i.e. meat handling, cutting, grading, etc.
- Food safety and quality assurance program.
- Ensuring full compliance with rules and regulations under USDA and others.
- Understanding plant floor procedures.
- Maintaining hygiene and other food standards.
- Internal audit support.
- Day to day inspections.
- Getting experience in other departments with time to time.
